Canon PIXMA MX512 Driver Download - The $150 (as of April 16, 2012) Canon Pixma Mx512 inkjet multifunction printer (duplicate/fax/print/sweep) is a bit of a blended sack. Print quality- -aside from shade illustrations on plain paper, which experienced an overabundance of orange- -appeared to be great. Yield velocities were effortlessly quick enough for a home office, and the unit sports Wi-Fi and in addition a programmed duplexer. Then again, the control board is wasteful and dark ink is unreasonable.
We had some difficulty setting up the Pixma Mx512, which offers triple-danger network -USB, ethernet, and Wi-Fi. Standard gives its normal stable driver and programming group, which incorporates OCR and numerous photograph distributed peculiarities. MS, MS Duo, Secure Digital, and USB/Pictbridge ports are accommodated offloading outputs and immediate photograph printing. The Windows printer properties dialog is particularly well laid-out, putting all the fundamental choices on the primary tab. (The Mac dialog takes after the same wasteful multipage layout that Apple drives on everybody.)
In any case while its product is pleasantly outlined, the Pixma Mx512's control board has a Rube Goldberg perspective to it- -and that is, no doubt a bit merciless on Rube's plans, which, however entertainingly convoluted, are not confounding. Among the control board's shortcomings are three irregularly utilized capacity catches, an odd-feeling four-way rocker, a wasteful format that requires a lot of hand development, and a keypad whose numbers are illuminated just when required -however the catches have no other utilization. The like-estimated Canon Pixma Mx410 has a much better control board outline however in any case it experiences the three doubtful capacity catches. Still, the 2.5-inch nontouch LCD showcase is pleasant to have.
